At Book Yatra, we understand that plans can change. We strive to make our cancellation policy as flexible and fair as possible. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations:
Free Cancellation Window: Most bookings made through Book Yatra allow for free cancellation within a specified period after booking. This period typically ranges from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the specific hotel and rate selected at the time of booking. Please check your booking confirmation email for the exact cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your booking outside of the free cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of this fee varies depending on the hotel, the specific room rate booked, and the timing of the cancellation. The fee may be equivalent to one night’s stay or a percentage of the total booking cost.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings may be non-refundable from the time of booking. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified without incurring a penalty.
Processing Refunds: Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed according to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Modifications: Changes to your reservation, such as modifying the dates of stay or upgrading your room type, may be subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact Book Yatra’s customer service for assistance with modifications.
Special Circumstances: In cases of natural disasters, government advisories, or other extraordinary circumstances, Book Yatra reserves the right to modify its cancellation policy to accommodate guests and ensure fairness.
